Stephanie Miles

Chiropractor and Clinic Director

‘For nearly five years, I’ve had the privilege of running Wholesome Health, where I’ve been privileged to care for multiple generations of families

‘My passion for chiropractic care began at a young age, inspired by a fascination with the nervous system and its essential role in overall health and well-being.

I knew that I wanted to pursue a career in healthcare, but I was drawn to chiropractic specifically because of its unique focus on the body’s natural healing abilities.

My approach focuses not just on relieving pain but on identifying and addressing issues before symptoms arise. By incorporating advanced techniques such as Sacro-Occipital Technique (SOT) and Functional Muscle Testing, I aim to restore balance, optimise function, and enhance overall well-being. After all, it’s better to prevent pain arising in the first place!

I’m deeply passionate about educating others on the far-reaching benefits of chiropractic care — from improving mobility and posture to enhancing nervous system function and overall vitality. Seeing the positive impact it has on my patients’ lives is what drives me every day. Whether helping athletes perform at their best, supporting expectant mothers through pregnancy, or assisting older adults in maintaining mobility and independence.

My goal is always the same: to help people feel, function and live – and of course age well – naturally!
