What is Chiropractic?
Chiropractic is a natural, non-invasive and drug-free treatment that focuses on the nervous system and the surrounding spine and musculoskeletal system.
If your spine moves and functions properly then your nerves can communicate with and heal your body as they should.
Chiropractors use hands-on techniques to adjust the spine and other joints, to reduce pain, improve function and enhance your overall well-being

How does Chiropractic work?
Throughout daily life, stress, poor posture, injuries, and repetitive movements can cause ’misalignments’ or ’restrictions’ in the spine (or other joints). These restrictions can put pressure on the nervous system, which control our body’s function and healing ability.
Interference to this can lead to pain, stiffness, or dysfunction in other areas of the body. Chiropractic aims to correct (adjust) these restrictions, reduce pain, improve mobility and support overall well-being.
Your chiropractor will identify joints within your spine, or extremities (arms & legs) that are stuck – or not functioning correctly.
They will use a technique called an ‘adjustment’, or spinal manipulation to gently restore proper movement.
When your joints work properly, this enables your nervous system to function and to heal your body from the stresses and strains of daily life.
Improve Joint Mobility
Reduce nerve irritation
Restore the brain-body signals
Help your body to heal
During an adjustment, your chiropractor applies a controlled and precise force to a joint, helping it move more freely. Many people feel an immediate sense of relief, improved mobility, and relaxation after an adjustment!
Restore normal joint function
Promote the body’s natural healing ability
