Holly is a qualified Osteopath and medical acupuncturist. With a distinction level Masters in Osteopathic Medicine from Plymouth Marjon University, Holly has a

special interest in women’s health; experienced in treating menstrual disorders, chronic pain syndromes & pregnancy – related changes. Since qualifying, she has undergone further training in menopause physiology and post- partum care. Holly has a background in martial arts, CrossFit and long distance running which she applies to exercise rehabilitation/ treatment of acute & chronic sports injuries. Previously, she has worked with elite rugby & netball teams as well as team GB athletes.

Osteopathy is a gentle & holistic structural treatment approach to body pain using techniques such as: joint mobilisation, soft tissue techniques, visceral work & spinal adjustments.

Treatment is suitable for all ages (4 yrs+)
