With over a decade of experience in Massage and Sports Therapy, Michelle has dedicated her career to helping not only athletes recover from injuries and enhance their performance, but anyone experiencing pain, injuries or wear and tear to muscles and joints. Initially starting as a personal trainer and fitness instructor in 2010, Michelle developed a deep understanding of the body’s mechanics and the importance of tailored rehabilitation programmes. “My expertise lie not only in injury recovery, but also in preventative strategies, lifestyle advice and encouraging my clients to take their health into their own hands”. Michelle’s holistic approach combines therapeutic techniques with effective health and fitness principles.
