Tennis elbow
We’re on hand to help get you back doing the things you love, and even taking up tennis if you fancy!

Tennis elbow is caused by inflammation in the tendons of the forearm and often causes pain when it meets the bone on the edge of your elbow.
More often than not, people who come to see us with Tennis Elbow, aren’t particularly sporty and may have never even held a tennis racket. Instead, the problem can be caused by small, repetitive movements of the wrist or elbow (such as using a keyboard or computer mouse). This leads to tension in the forearm muscles and restriction in the elbow and wrist joints.
Our Chiropractors successfully treat elbows and work on the injured tendons. They also ensure that your elbow joint, wrist, shoulder and neck joints are all working properly so your body can heal as best as it can.
Dry Needling (a form of acupuncture) is another effective technique that your Chiropractor may ask to perform on you. Only if you’re comfortable with needles of course. This is painless and can really help with long-lasting results.
Not always, it’s best to have this conversation with your Chiropractor so they can give you the best, and individual advice for you.
