Sports Massage Therapist

Connor graduated with a First-Class degree in Sports Therapy from Plymouth Marjon University in 2018 and has enjoyed many years of experience working in clinical practices in and around Exeter as well as working pitch side for Taunton Rugby Club and Exeter City Women’s Football Club.

Currently, Connor proudly works alongside Newton Abbot Spurs FC as their Sports Therapist for the current season, and is still yet to hang up his football boots himself!

He brings a wealth of experience to Wholesome Health and is eager to help you achieve optimal muscular health, recovery and relaxation!’

Here’s a little bit from him:

‘I have always had great enthusiasm for most sports and it was through years of seeing (and unfortunately experiencing) a variety of injuries which triggered my interest in learning the body’s anatomy, and more importantly, how to help the recovery of soft tissue injuries.

Having previously worked in several multidisciplinary clinics, alongside a range of therapists, I have developed a passion about the important relationship between Chiropractic and Massage – which is why I’m thrilled to be part of the team at Wholesome Health!

For me, massage is a transformative therapy that has far reaching benefits. I take great pride in being able to offer not only pain relief and many physical benefits, but also to be able to help those needing to unwind and de-stress from the pressures of daily life.

When coming to see me, some clients are already on their journey to well-being and are receiving Chiropractic care and some of you may be purely searching for a fantastic massage. Whether we’re building on corrective foundations that have already been built or starting out from fresh, we’ll be sure to make a plan to get your muscular health and recovery second-to-none!

Whether you’re are an athlete looking for better performance and recovery, or simply someone who fancies a relaxing massage and some much needed time-out, I’m here to help.

Looking forward to seeing you.
